Find out who else is blogging on the topic, and cite (link) them. You should be paid attention to the kind of the linked side. It should be industry relevant and may not offend against valid law.

Article V

The contributions can be personal or work-referred kind. In any case they should display a reference to the industry.

Article VI

Telling stories or experiences is expressly desired.

Article VII

It’s desired that method park employees blog during the work time. This should be limited to an appropriate measure.

Respect copyright, fair use and financial disclosure laws.

Article IX

Don’t provide method park’s or another’s confidential or other proprietary information.
